Natalie Nadeen (professionally known as Natalie White) is a junior publicist, social media manager, podcast creator and host from Toronto, Ontario. She is passionate about using digital communication tactics to amplify underrepresented voices, support individuals and companies in communicating their initiatives effectively and empower young women in today’s society.
One Thing Led To Another
Since I was little, I have loved learning from others and taking my learnings to teach others. I was always that “mom friend” of the group, giving advice and coaching my friends like I had been there and done that already. TV shows and movies from the 80s and 90s truly taught me a lot. As I got older, I realized that I wanted to help others on a larger scale, but I wasn’t sure how to do that. In 2019 I created a podcast titled “Unapologetically Her,” but it was not until 2020 that the podcast officially took off.
Here We Are Now
To take my mission to another level, I have created this blog to tackle societal and cultural issues by discussing topics that affect young women like myself. To coexist with my bi-weekly podcast, I started this blog as a secondary safe space for young women. By sharing my perspective, stories, and the stories of other women, I hope others use these posts as lessons and inspiration to navigate through stages of life and experiences. Overall, I hope my blog and podcast bring you joy and reassure you that you’re not alone, no matter what you could be going through. No topic is off-limits or too taboo to be discussed.
